My Gay Adventure in Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona! 🌵

Gay-PhoenixI had a gay adventure in Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona when I recently went there with a few other LGBT people! Check out everything we got up to in the vlog above and if you’re looking for a warm vacation spot that’s beautiful, different, and fun, definitely consider going to this part of the Sonoran Dessert in AZ too. We covered everything from outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and a hot air balloon ride, to indoor fun like museums, wine and beer tasting, and night clubs!

The itinerary for this trip was put together by Phoenix Tourism and Scottsdale Tourism. The first hotel we stayed at was the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa where we had some drinks and food at the Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen before getting up the next day to hike and kayak with Arizona Outback Adventures. When we returned from that I got to have a massage at Palo Verde Spa & Apothecary and then we headed to Helton Brewing, Mother Bunch, and O.H.S.O. as part of the Arizona Brewery Tours. The evening finished off at BS West and the next morning we back at it with a visit to the Cattle Track before having lunch at The Mission at Kierland Commons. The afternoon was spent at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West and checking in to our second resort, the Hotel Valley Ho. That evening we visited the
Aridus Wine Company and Carlson Creek Tasting Room to sample some wines before having an incredible dinner at FnB. The next morning we were up early for a ride with Hot Air Expeditions and then back to the hotel for lunch at Zuzu. The afternoon was spent at the Musical Instrument Museum and then we checked in to our third hotel, Mountain Shadows. We had dinner there at Hearth ’61 and finished off the night at Charlie’s. The next morning was spent at the Desert Botanical Garden and The Heard Museum before having lunch at Barrio Urbano at the Yard. Following that we toured around with the Phoenix Rising Tour Company and had dinner at Mora. Our final evening was spent at The Barbra Seville Show at The Rock and the next morning we had brunch at the Hash Kitchen before wrapping up this action packed whirlwind visit!

Here are some of the photos I shared on my Instagram account while I was experiencing all of these fun and/or tasty things in the area:
