Stockholm is known as The Open City – famous for its nature, tech-scene, gender-fluid fashion, colorful LGBT community and of course the Nobel prize. The city really stand out internationally for its progressive values because Stockholm is truly a city for all. It’s also considered to be one of the world’s most beautiful cities as a result of its magnificent location, built on 14 islands. It’s a blend of old and new, where ultra-modern and medieval architecture coexist. All of this makes for a great spot for EuroPride to take place in this year!
As you can see in the video above, we got to spend a few days experience this incredible Pride celebration, which included a visit to Pride House, witnessing same-sex marriage ceremonies outside city hall, the Stockholm Pride parade, Stand Out Travel’s pool party, the Pride Park festival, and partying it up at the Clean Festival at Berns.
