Las Vegas with my boyfriend & Davey Wavey!

I love speaking about YouTube marketing, especially when it comes to reaching the gay market, so it worked out perfectly when I was invited to speak at the LGBT Tourism & Hospitality Conference in Las Vegas! The event took place at the Vdara Hotel & Spa which is also where I stayed. It’s an eco-friendly, non-gaming, smoke-free, all-suite hotel and spa right across from the Aria. While we were there we had some yummy drinks and nibbles at the Vice Versa Patio & Lounge by the lobby and headed over The Spa at Aria for a bit of pampering too.

Besides the conference and enjoying the amenities of those hotels we also went to the Voss Events Drag Brunch for a fun time with some Rupaul Drag Race stars, Mystere by Cirque du Soleil for a show filled with incredibly talented performers, and had a tasty lunch at Beerhaus at The Park including some hand-cut fries with beer cheese dip!

I also spoke to another group about YouTube at the LGBT New Media Expo where I had a booth so I could set up more press trips, find more sponsors for my show, and meet other people in the YouTube or influencer community! It was my second time to Las Vegas this year and I always have a great time there. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon!

I’m a Team TELUS Advocate so they provide me with products and services to help me out when I’m travelling and vlogging! I used Easy Roam to be able to use my data just like I normally would when still in Canada ($7/day in the US) and shot this video on my iPhone 7 Plus, which is of course on the Telus network when I’m home! And I even used my Mophie charger from the Telus store to keep it going all day long. 🙂
